There was no fraud, his birth certificate has been shownand examined.

Everyone who has investigated the document released that has expert credentials has come to the conclusion that there are obvious signs of tampering and that the document released was not just a straight computer scan from an original. The document [birth certificate] has been altered.

Only fringe groups have questioned it, while plenty of powerful people deeply opposed to Obama and with great incentive to get rid of it have conceded its authenticity.

Hmm. I wonder if I could obtain these documents on myself? I was born in Ohio, and I know that I can get an actual certified hard copy of my birth certificate. But I don't know if I can get a certified electronic copy.

The articles are quoting birther claims. It is not legally declared fraudulent until it is declared that by a court.

The title is deceptive regardless of where you got it.

It almost makes one curious why then the Hussein administration spends millions of dollars on teams of lawyers to keep the document in question out of the realm of the courts and why they will not just let a court declare the document fradulent or legit, huh? Not.

The paper one was real and the digital copy was obviously a digital copy. Paper isn't pdf (although a pdf can be printed to paper). Some people saw the paper one, but you can't put paper on the internet without first digitalizing it in one form or another.

The sheriff and his posse haven't even claimed to have seen the paper form, yet they declare it fraudulent.
