Jackson agrees about what?
Quite honestly, I do not pay much attention to them. I actually found myself in opposition to them in my old city over an unfavorable bias.

Jackson would agree that a community with a low population of blacks is a safer community

Interesting. I am now motivated to research the basis of him making such a statement.

It will be an eye opener. You may have to conclude that he's racially prejudiced against blacks
Tried Google searches, but didn't find it. Is this really supposed to make me feel better or worse about him?
You didn't give context, but I don't put most people above saying anything off the wall.

Maybe, a Jackson/Sharpton thread of quotes would be easier to read.

"There is nothing more painful for me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start to think about robbery and then look around and see it's somebody white and feel relieved. How humiliating." Jesse Jackson

You never come back from Copperhead Road.
LOL, interesting connections ...

Newsvine - Thunder Road...Robert Mitchum--Copperhead Road...Steve Earle---Smokey and the Bandit...Jerry Reed
A video I cut together with car chase scenes from the 1958 Robert Mitchum movie, Thunder Road. The background music track is a theme song for the movie, written and sung by Robert Mitchum (though his version wasn't used in the movie). The movie had a lot of influence for a B-rate feature. It was the inspiration for Bruce Springsteen's song "Thunder Road" (though the song and the movie have nothing much to do with each other; The Boss saw a poster for the movie and liked the name); some aspects of the design of the car led to the design of the Batmobile later on the TV series; the movie could be considered a prequel to the Steve Earle song "Copperhead Road"; and it was an influence in the creation of "The Dukes of Hazzard" TV series (but don't hold that against it).
