I tell you now it's a constant feeling for me just some days are worse than others..

But in saying that I'm also a good person to chat to because I put my feelings aside and can join in if everyone else is having fun

Ah, sounds surprisingly similar to what i go through actually.:o
Though i think i'll save the exposition.

I find talking and sharing with others to help a lot. Some people more so than others.
Which is why i started posting on forums in the first place.
The key is to never feel like you're alone, because that is never the case.
