For me, I'd say the most fav is the singing and the Our Father. Least? Any time there is a kid screaming its head off (happens almost every Mass) or more than a little bit of people going HACKhackHACK on and on...for crying out loud if you're that sick, stay home. God will understand. Honest.

For me the most favourite part of the Mass is THE WHOLE MASS !!!

And I've never been a fan of holding hands, either. I just don't do it anymore.
Me either and I sometimes refrain but not a biggie.

Favorite: receiving communion.
I wish they would use seperate little glasses vs the one big cup. Sorry I am not drinking from a cup hundreds of others just drank from. If I can't get to the front quickly I pass.

There is no directive one way or the other about holding hands.

While I think that's technically true, I do think it is has been established that holding hands during the Our Father is an illicit addition to the Mass. Quote from Notitiae below:

"Holding hands during the Our Father has become common place, but it is an illicit addition to the Liturgy. Holding hands is a sign of intimacy and not reconciliation, and as such disrupts the flow of the Sacramental signs in the Mass which leads to the Sacramental sign of intimacy with Christ and our neighbor, Holy Communion.”

Notitiae, (1975), Sacred Congregation for Divine Worship, The Vatican, Vol. XI, P. 226

At any rate, I generally enjoy all of Mass - especially sung High Mass in the EF!

"Supposed to" and "illicit" are quite different, IMO!

But, I have no qualms with those who feel otherwise. It's not something I deal with on a regular basis since I have an FSSP parish close by. ;)

I rather like the FSSP.

My favorite part of the Mass is the time of meditation after Communion.

My least favorite part of the Mass are the times when kneeling is required. I'm in my 60's, and kneeling just isn't my thing.

Standing after Communion enhances my prayer.

If I am playing the organ at that time, I am always playing something very peaceful and meditative, something I have chosen. I often like that even better.

Some of you might like our liturgy in the Byzanine rite. No kneeling, mostly standing, a little sitting, no sign of peace or holding hands but we do recieve Communion from the same spoon. For us part of believing the bread and wine is really the body and blood of Jesus is also believing that you can't get sick form recieving the Eurachrist. I havn't got sick yet, I would got up after any one however if I have a cold I will usually abstain from recieving, just because I know I won't get sick it doesn't mean that everyone believe the same.

FSSP - Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter

It is an order that celebrates exclusively in the EF.

My wife was baptized in the traditional form, we were married in the traditional form, and our son was baptized in the traditional form. Deo gratias! :liturgy:

And unlike certain other groups, this one's completely canonical. It was actually founded by Pope John Paul II.
