If I had a Harley, and were close to your location, I would love too..

A neighbor of mine is already into Motocross, I just don't know if he's a christian or not.

I don't care about Motocross. It is not a current interest. I have always wondered if that's due to my gender, because I'm a girl (studies said boys and girls thinking differently in their brains so yeah). I've always thought that cars and motocross were more of a male-gendered thing. I don't spend a lot of time thinking about those two things.

I've spent a lot of time I guess thinking about things I guess that would appeal to a woman, like beading and fabric and pretty things and stuff like that. Sorry if that sounds all sissy-like.

I'm a married, family man in my 30's, and I would love to find other brothers who might want to start a motorcycle club where we get together to ride and serve others. Anyone interested?

No, I hate motorcyles. They are smelly, very noisy (which can be rude), add pollution to the air and are more of a male thing than a female thing, and being that I'm a girl I must be the wrong gender.

I also have no interest in automobiles. I blame that on my gender too, because for some reason, the boys are all over them...but if you are a girl like me and you dwell in the female brain you must be dreaming of things like doing your hair or going for the nail polish.

(Studies show guys and girls think differently, deal with it)

I've gone to Wal Mart before and have browsed through the magazines and have overlooked all the ones about cars. I'm just not interested. What I have done is pick out material related to Arts and Crafts and video games, but I've overlooked some other stuff too.

Things that would appeal to women.

I mean, the boys have their own section.

Not to say that all ladies hate motorcycles.

I mean, to first engage yourself in motocross it has to be an interest, and since it's not one of my interests I probably would not feel motivated to engage myself in it at all.

Christian Motorcyclists Association is pretty wide across the U.S. Local chapters in many locations. I occasionally get with a group out of my area from time to time.

Finally got my Triumph Bonneville modded out in the last couple of weeks. De-catted with a Motone x-pipe, installed a Booster Plug (similar but different than Power Commander), and fitted on a set of British Customs Shorty Predator Pro pipes. Ready for another riding season. Weather finally cooperating and will do a nice run tomorrow. Clear and 70F.

Love the traditional, classic Bonnie look. Just an old school rider! Got a set of Burly Brand throw over bags on the way.

There is a family friendly Bike rally planned at my church in April 3-4 in Newton, Iowa. During the summer months, 2nd Friday of every month, there is a major bike night in Newton, Iowa called Thunder Nights (I guess you can figure out why :) ). A bike ministry "Least of Saints" is a part of it. That Rally has gone on for a few years now and it is civilized and fun.

I like carrying around some neat little business style witnessing cards I can hand out to fellow bikers when I chat with them. I like to even have a couple of compact bibles in the saddle bags to hand out it someone wants one. Christian Motocyclist Association has compact bibles in their online store that are biker specific.

www.mwtb.org has a real good selection of business card size witnessing tracts. Some even change look when you tilt them different ways. Very reasonably priced.

If there's anyone around Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach, Maryborough, Gympie and nearby towns in South East Queensland, Australia, interested in meeting up for rides let me know please. It'd be great to ride with fellow Christians. I'm careful not to break any of the rules of the road, particular in respect of speed.

Shalom, Tony

There is an Australian Christian motor bike club, "God's Squad". Whether they might have members in your area is a moot point, but possibly you could contact the club to find out. Their link is shown below....

Welcome - God's Squad ...

with a Wikipedia entry here - God's Squad - Wikipedia

A lady at work and her husband are members, but I don't know if they're active at the moment. In any case they live a long way from you, so if you're interested, you might be better to just contact the club.

I learned there are several guys at my church who ride so we plan to ride together when winter's over. I have a Suzuki VStrom 650, Honda NC700X & 2 small scooters. Got my first motorcycle in 1973.

I forget where I saw it, but I was out on the road somewhere one day when a big biker group drove over a bridge on their Harley's and other big machines. But right in the middle of the gang was a bloke riding a scooter.

I thought it was amusing.

Thats pretty cool. Im 33 and ive never been on a motorcycle. Historically speaking, my family members dont do that type of thing. I would describe them as business men

However i want to try new things. If i ever get a bike i will look into this!
