awesome. N. Ga guy here!

My original stomping grounds were Marietta and Smyrna. Then moved to Jonesboro (south of hot'lanta),for about 14 years, then spent 8 1/2 years on Lk Erie in Ohio. Moved to Cartersville in Nov 2009. Kennesaw and Cartersville sure have grown up since all the years I've been gone!! I don't even know my way around yet!!

everything changes around here faster 'n'a jack rabbit runnin 'cross hot coals in mid august. ;)

Tell me about. I won't even try to find my way around Smyrna. Marietta not changed so much, can still find my way all over the place. Catersville was a little yawn 12-13 years ago, now it's gotten quite big.
I'm messianic and attend any one of three places, two in Cartersville that are really small congregations and a fairly large congregation in Roswell, Beth Hallel. Where do you attend? Who's your pastor? My first time around, before I left the north end I used to go to several different churches - Mt. Paran CoG, Roswell St Baptist, Maple Ave. Methodist, etc.

Ebenezer Baptist Church
Dallas, Ga
Pastor is Rev. Harold Weatherford

We're old fashioned independant baptist. :)

Thank you. I wasn't being nosy, I thought I might remember the place or the pastor from many, many years gone by, but I'm not familiar with him. I have a pretty large "stompin' ground" area, all of Metro between Marietta, to Griffin as well as eastern and western surrounding areas but Dallas wasn't a part of it. I'd be totally lost there.
But it's still always nice to meet close by brethren!!
