A dream I had

So I had this dream, where I was standing and St. Michael (at least that's who I thought he was in the dream) gave me a sword, told me to get up and fight and pointed in the distance to where Angels were fighting Demons...

The area was basically like Heaven and on the very edge the Demons were at Hell...

the Angels were running towards them in battle and he told me to go fight.

Thought it was a REALLY cool dream... I wanna draw it.

Dunno if it means anything but since I have a wild imagnination at times it appealed to me in its artistic form too

cool, I never have dreams like that.

it's actualy sort of strange... I think about spiritual things a lot but I never dream about them.

However while I was converting, I had dreams about me visiting different churches. And they were all kind of strange, there was something wrong with each one.

Its actually not the first time I've dreamt about spiritual things... but I supressed my faith a LOT -- I even stopped writing spiritual writings/reflections -- because of tension it put on a relationship with my ex....

so I think I pushed God away a little...

between your dream and your admission of suppressing your faith, i could see it making sense. either angels were truly involved in your dreams, or it's your conscience reminding you that you are called to have an active faith.
Our Lord, it would seem, has a special plan for you, that could help save souls, but only you can fill that mission.

There is a spiritual battle going on, and you need to fight so you do not become weary or give up as the dream seems to suggest.
By your own admission, it is perfect context to what you must do.

Pray a lot. Especially the Rosary which is a tool against evil. Plus by praying for souls, it lifts you and them. Such unity in that.

I see this as a good reminder not to give up. You have help.

I hate when i dream of old jobs. I usually can't get anything to go right. Then again, in waking - i still can't seem to.

But this dream - of the OP - i think is a message to not give up or give in, because there is help, he just needs to get back in there.

Well, funny enough, the dream was a bit before things changed between my ex and I... it was still while I used to write as well
