IJWTS that instead of ignoring the growing "To Do" list I have on the weekends the boys are gone, I'm actually going to start crossing things off. My avoidant behavior is feeding my stress level, so I'm going to stop procrastinating on everything and reduce my stress.

Today, I have already:

paid some bills
done 2 loads of laundry
cleaned out the fridge
made a grocery list

and I am currently working on cleaning the bathrooms.
