Church in the Garland or Irving area of Texas

Or in Between. We're probably moving to this area within the year or early 2009 and I'm looking for some good, solid churches to visit.

Contact riverpastor. He lives nearby and could recommend one to you. James Avenue is really good but a little drive from there, in Fort Worth.

I know there must be tons but I am not familiar with the area and what's out there.

I think you'd have to narrow it down a lot. There's a lot of territory between those two locations.

I'm in the same boat. My family and I will be moving near Irving next month and we need to find a good church. My headquarters will be in Irving, but I'll be out of Lewisville, which is just a hop, skip and a jump from Irving. We've already visited one when we did a little house-hunting, but we won't be returning there.

Conservative, size doesn't matter as long as there's plenty of extra pastors on staff to handle the load, and I like cell groups instead of a service during the week.
