How long after going off birth control did your periods resume? I have been off for over a month, and my period was due this week, according to my old cycle. (My LP started on Dec. 19th...) I do not think I am pregnant, as we have been using alternative methods, but I can't help but be anxious to know if I am... (we have decided to get my cycles on track before TTC, but it is just so hard not knowing where AF is!)

Mine took somewhere between 2 and 3 months to return, but everybody is different so yours might take longer.

I know what you mean about being frustrated. We are also TTC. I have been off birth control since my daughter was born (she just turned 2) and I still don't have a "regular" cycle.

I am not TTC but I did have to come off the pill after being on it for about 4 years. My period took about a year to come back and took another six months after that to become regular.

Wow guys! No period for a year! When I came off the pill, I was more than a week late but then had a really heavy period and then had a "normal" cycle and then got pregnant on the 3rd cycle (obviously not THIS pregnancy... )....

I was never on the pill so I can't answer your question. My husband and I used condoms until we started TTC a year after we got married.

Well, I did get my period, a week late... And it was very light and only lasted 4 days- which was nice! I am charting now, but probably won't know if I'm regular for another month or so...
