well its been chilly with a little snow but I would never let that get me down. I have had the whole weekend off but need to go in for a bit tomorrow for payroll. Then ride my new quad to the woods and go fishing I hope your weekend was spectacular

It's been chilly here too....but NO snow, thankfully!!! A new quad would be fun!! Sounds like you're in for a great day tomorrow...nice and peaceful for you!

It was -6 for most of the day and night today was warmer but never really got above 4. I suppose if those temps really bothered me I would head for florida Friday started at 22 by 6 pm it was -2 so I learn to prepare for just about anything here I hope to be around a lot more, my time seems be loosening some. I'll watch for you, I've been away so much Iv'e not kept up with too many threads any rrrrrrchallenging word games your hanging around lol

We've had really nice weather here lately....a. drop of rain here and there but mostly fine days with sunshine, though not as warm now. But it's not really been cold lately.

Mom says hi too (Tammy), we have horrible smoke here from the fires, they are about 60 miles away.
Mom can't go out cause of her asthma.
please pray that the fires won't get closer.

A Cross In My Pocket
Carry a cross in my pocket
A simple reminder to me
Of the fact that I am a Christian
No matter where I may be.
This little cross is not magic,
Nor is it a good luck charm
It isn't meant to protect me
From every physical harm.
It's not for identification
For all the world to see
It's simply an understanding
Between my Savior and me.
When I put my hand in my pocket
To bring out a coin or a key
The cross is there to remind me
Of the price He paid for me.
It reminds me, too, to be thankful
For my blessings day by day
And to strive to serve Him better
In all that I do and say.
It's also a daily reminder
Of the peace and comfort I share
With all who know my Master
And give themselves to His care.
So, I carry a cross in my pocket
Reminding no one but me
That Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life
If only I'll let Him be.
