  1. All For His Honor

Romans 15:30-33 ESV I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf, that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, so that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company. May the God of peace be with you all. Amen. There are many people today who are opposed to the gospel of Jesus Christ and...
  2. Destroy Your List

And they asked him, saying, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?” (John 1: 25) This is the question asked to John the Baptist by Levites and priests sent by the Pharisees, precisely to ask this question. As we all know pharisees dedicated their life to learn and keep Jewish laws. They have a list, and quite confident with it as well. They asked, “are you Christ, Elijah, the Prophet?” John answered very clearly, no, no, and no! that’s that, the...
  3. The Hoped For

After reading Genesis 1:1-8 So the waters are separated from the waters? Then, even if I flew like an eagle, I’d still need a cosmic, greater than Wholly Other* to help me ascend beyond earth’s last layer. So, as I fly, trusting in my Father, by grace though skies, where mercy tops legal, the apostolic air will meet another and trust give way to what is hoped for. __________ * What Did Karl barth mean by God Being Wholly other?
  4. Quasichristian Inversion, And Oneness In Christ

Jesus, Christ, the Lord, asked His Father for a major oneness. He asked that His Father take the eleven faithful disciples, and all others who come to believe in Him through their message, into oneness with Them. We have this in the Gospel of John, chapter 17, verses 20 through 23. And we have many of the oldest words in this world, of that message, by the delivery of God. It is utterly the most unique message. It is the only message by which, if believed, the Holy Spirit of God enters in...
  5. I May Be Posting Obsessively..

Or I may not. But I don't care. This blog is my new outlet. And that is what it will continue to be :) I posted this in reply to another man's thread, but I think it is something I need to remember myself, so I am placing it here for constant reminding of just how precious life is. here ya go!: God loves our souls. And we need to love our souls as well. I believe that suffering is here to remind us that our bodies are only temporary. Our souls are eternal. And, let's face it,...
  6. Church

I stopped going to church a while ago. My grandma continued going the whole time. She sat with friends, of which she had many who were regulars. Our church congregation consists of about 2000 members, but comparison is not my intention here. Just letting you know that even in a congregation that big, many of us are/were very close. I haven't really talked to my fellow volunteers, friends, attendees, mentors and elders. I knew sooo many people. I still do. But they don't know me anymore....
  7. When Detours Become Highways

Scripture or religion can be used for either good or evil. That self determination was after all, the reason mankind became a problem in the first place in the Garden, and as a result was removed to isolate the corruption. Yet Jesus taught of the Kingdom and it's ways polar to those of mankind. It was the focus of His teachings (He said in fact the Gospel of the Kingdom was what He was sent to teach) and the basis of His commission to us (the Gospel we were to spread). If His teachings were...
  8. Generational Curses, Prayer To Renounce Evil, And Forgiveness

Generational Curses I do believe there are such things as generational curses and demonic influences, which are passed down or transferred from one generation to another. I believe this is why you find the actions of the parents or grandparents repeated in the children or grandchildren. I do not believe it to be just or simply genetic or environmental; because you can find this in families where either a] the generations have been too far apart to have enough contact for environment to...
  9. How To Deal With Sin?

I do not mean to incite a brother or a sister to sin I ask the question to expose the truth which I hope will help those who are stuck in sinful patterns. I write to born again Christians, those who love the Lord Jesus and have received His Spirit into their hearts. Yet even though they have come to the Lord still find that old patterns of sin sneak up on them and capture them again. In those times the natural thing to do is to assume that you cannot be a true Christian if you have...
  10. My Story

In August last year (2018) was when this all started. My retina tore and everything went black. Well, actually it went red first. Kind of like the filters you see in an escape room in a horror film. The white lights are orange, the bright room is a deep shade of blood red, and the sunlight peeking through the cracks of the window blinds is a bright royal red. That was fun. Real fun. My vision went in my eye the day before my doctors appointment for my broken foot. I had broken it about a...
  11. Sacred Journey Towards The End Of Life(life Is Short, Pray Hard)

Sacred Journey towards the End of Life (Life is Short, Pray Hard) It is easy to forget that life is an actual journey. We are moving forward, the vehicle that moves us is called time, and we really do not have an abundance of it. I do not think that is a favorite point for people in general to ponder….which is no wonder. Or it could be said that life is a pilgrimage. This actually means that as long as we are on the road, we will seldom find a place that we can actually rest. We have...
  12. Scripture Alone!!

If you want to study engineering, or medicine, or any other human discipline, you do not need Scripture. If you want to have true knowledge of God, and man's relation to God, you cannot gain it apart from Scripture. Indeed, if you look for such knowledge in any other place, science, medicine, history, social studies, etc., you will never obtain it!! God IS and His 'word' (incarnate and in Holy Scripture) is the only revelation of His being. The unredeemed mind of man cannot conceive of...
  13. Reality

Introduction I am reading in Zephaniah, chapter three, for my time with the Lord today. This is speaking of Jerusalem, which today is the church, the bride of Christ. Yet, the true church is the people who have trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives. It is not a building, not an organization, not a denomination or even a non-denominational organization. For, it is not an organization, but a living organism. It is not built with bricks and mortar, but with human lives....
  14. Aliens To The Kingdom

There is a failure in Christianity, at least in the public Christianity we see aligned with the governments and institutions of mankind since Constantine. There is not enough emphasis on how Jesus' teachings apply to daily life and how His Kingdom to come relates to an inevitable end of worldly domination of mankind using an anti-Christ system. Instead we have those trying to reverse engineer God, trying to see what makes Him tick. We have those more concerned about their own salvation...
  15. Freedom From Tradition

The blind have continued to lead the blind until we now have almost two thousand years of blind tradition to claim as truth backed by religious tradition alone. It blossomed simply because scripture was not the property of the masses. Those with eyes to see and ears to hear have, and always will be the minority on the narrow lesser path, yet the majority claims that road also as their own. Mine, mine, mine rather than His, His, His. The blind can no longer lead when Jesus returns and He is...
  16. God's Naughty List - Proverbs 6:16-19

How Do We Make Godly Decisions? Study of Proverbs 6:16-19 - The Naughty List Well, some would call this list the top 7, the top of the list of things that God hates. Do you know what they are? Check them out in this week’s posting. GodsTruthInLove.org Please keep me in your prayers and know that if God should speak anything into your heart as you pray for me regarding my life please feel free to share that with me. God speaks through His people. You can sign up to have each blog posting...
  17. The Prayer Of Mercy

The Prayer for Mercy “Our faith is incarnated in a God who was made man, who became sin (cf. 2 Cor. 5:21), who was wounded for us. But if we really want to believe and have faith, we must draw near and touch those wounds, caress those wounds and even lower our head and allow others to sooth our wounds.”—Pope Francis ++++++++++ The older I get, the more I understand how unloving my heart actually is. I find it paradoxical that when one seeks to grow in some way, the reality of what works...
  18. Truth That Frees

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (John 1:17) When I was a child, I fantasized about becoming a police officer, even my father at times called me “Ahila, IPS” – high ranking police officer in Indian legal system. Law and enforcement are all attractive topics for me. Often, you might find some lingering effects of my former life even now, “don’t touch, don’t eat”. Laws those were much simpler than Moses law, but laws indeed....
  19. We Are Just His Vessels. - Knowing The Word (2)

He was not that Light but was sent to bear witness of that Light. (John1:8) This verse is talking about a man, who is one of his kind. The scripture exhorts him as “among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist.” (Matthew 11:11). That man, even John needed to remember and constantly repeat one truth “He was not that light.” There is one truth every gospel worker needs to be grounded in that we are not that light; we are bearing witness to The Light....
  20. Ccm Continued...

For anyone confused about CCM, (contemporary Christian music) this is one of the best videos I've watched so far! Even my husband, who was quite upset about all of this last week, watched only bits and pieces of this video and dropped mid-project of what he was working on, went to where we had our entertainment stuff at and came back with 40 cds to be rid of. That is a huge deal. This message is pretty straight forward. It's 90 minutes long. If you've got time to watch Hollyweird, you've got...
