Weight Loss~Update #1

My first week went better than I expected. I lost 4 pounds! ! ! I'm so excited! I just hope and pray this continues! I went to the gym this morning and had a great workout. I only made it twice last week I'm gonna try my best to go 3 days this week. I guess we'll see what happens. :)

I've come to the conclusion that weight loss basically just boils down to common sense. I mean most of us know what kind of things we should or shouldn't eat. I'm been trying to keep this in mind. It's not hard to actually know WHAT to do but actually DOING it is the hardest part.

I'm satisfied with my first week results and I'm gonna continue to push myself a little each time. I'm gonna conquer this battle once and for all! ! ! !:bow::):prayer:
