Water

Today was a beautiful day. I had a doctors appointment. My weight has been better which has helped my heart very much. I feel more myself which is so soothing to me.
I went to a University with my mom to see if I might take a class there. I am looking at a cyber security class. My parents wanted me to take a class to have a new experience. I think it could be lovely.
I had my lavender tea today which was delicious. Caleb is home and relaxing.
Today I thought about my torturers and I prayed for them. I know they are evil in their hearts and I cannot understand them but I know the Lord can heal them and that they can have peace in their souls and no longer do evil.
