Many who make the claim to be in Christ and call themselves Christians live a life based on deceit and lies. The local church system is the perfect environment for such as these. They can blend in with others who have a sense of righteousness, but in fact are simply living a religious life in the name of Christ. Many of them will go on sinning falsely believing that ALL of there sins (past, present, and future) have magically gone away, and whether they go on sinning or not, it makes no difference when it comes to their eternal existence or life in this world for that matter. They deceive themselves as they are claiming that Jesus is a liar. If this is the case, the word (Jesus) is not in them! If they were in the light, they would follow Jesus and not the manmade institutions that lead them away from the truth. "Whoever claims to abide in Him must walk as Jesus walked." 1 John 2:6
If we are truly walking in the light, we will go on confessing our sins as Jesus taught us to when teaching us how to pray. We will seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and not become part of the manmade church system that serves its own purpose and not the kingdom of heaven. The modern-day Scribes and Pharisees that invest themselves in these institutionalized religious practices are not following Jesus, but instead they follow their own countless doctrines and traditions that lead "the many" away from the narrow path of true righteousness that "the few" follow. It is time to make the choice to wake up and follow Jesus or choose a path that will lead to destruction of one's soul in the end. "I have written these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. And as for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But just as His TRUE and genuine anointing teaches you about all things, so remain in Him as you have been taught." 1 John 2:26-27
