Tracts at work

In the last couple weeks I've found 2 gospel tracts in my card racks at work. I think someone from Falls is leaving them around because one of them had Falls' address on the back. I don't mind personally, being a Christian myself. One is actually a useful one because it has a calendar on one side, and I needed a calendar for my office box.

Well, today I overheard a couple aisle over from mine Ms U and someone else cackling up a good riot. "Oh, yeah, Jesus died for me, HAHAHA, YEAH!" I assumed that someone must be leaving tracts in other places in the store. It didn't hurt my feelings, really, to hear someone laughing about my beliefs. I know the path of a Christian is narrow and few even find that path - some mockery is to be expected. But it did bother me that they probably wouldn't have laughed had they known that they were mocking a fellow employee's beliefs right out in the open. They don't know I'm a Christian. I don't like that. Not that I have to be some kind of hellfire and brimstone preacher at work, but I wish I could make it known that I am a follower of Christ without announcing to everyone, "Hey, I'm saved!"

Hmmm.
