The old Serpent is always in rage against the Woman and her Seed. He is relentlessly looking for opportunities to bruise His heel. But thank be to God, the Father our Lord Jesus, who released His only Begotten Son to die on the Cross. Our Lord Jesus successfully bruised the head of the old Serpent. He died on the Cross, resurrected and ascended to heaven.
Today the old Serpent is still employing the old tactic of bruising the heels of God's children. He goes about like a roaring lion, seeking whom to devour. Throughout history, he arranged incidences to destroy the royal seeds. It was in play when Moses was born, he used Pharaoh and destroyed many royal seeds, but God preserved Moses. In the time of Joash, he used Athaliah to destroyed many royal seeds, but God preserved Joash by the hands of Jehosheba and Johoiada. When Jesus eventually came, old Serpent employed the old trick again, through Herod, and destroyed many royal seeds but God also preserved Jesus.
We are in the end time, the old Serpent is aware that he has a little time. He has gone all out to destroy the royal seeds. The Covid19 pandemic, the killing of innocent people in Nigeria, Congo and all other parts of the world, are part of his end time agenda to destroy the royal seeds. The church must rise and cry to God for preservation of the end time royal seeds.
This is not a good time to sit on the fence, rapture or death can come anytime. We must individually make a stand for Christ by accepting Him as our Lord and Saviour. It is eternal damnation to face eternity without Christ, it is the riskiest and most unwise thing you will do with your life. Be wise today and accept Him into your life.
ACTION PLAN: As the church of Jesus Christ, we must arise and pray to God for preservation of our children. They are the ones to propagate the gospel in this end time
PRAYER: 1. Father, thank you for sending Jesus to die for us on the Cross of Calvary. It brought an end to the power of the old Serpent.
2. We receive grace to bruise the head of the Serpent in our daily walk with God.
