I do not always cope well with my emotions and earlier this year I read the following verses and really helped me to see the Holy Spirit was given to help, comfort, and strengthen us in our daily lives and I pray we all come to really understand and experience this reality daily.
John 14:16 -17 (Jesus Praying)
And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counsellor, Strengthener, Standby), to be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive [and take to its heart] because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He (the Holy Spirit) remains with you continually and will be in you.
