The Pagan Station
The Pagan Station
In our homes, the families that pray together stay together. At the public schoolhouse, there's no Christian prayer allowed. Special interest groups have slowly eroded away at our unalienable rights, those endowed by our Creator, and supplanted them with humanistically favorable "man-made rights." The worldly influence of the entertainment industry, academia, and mass social media has resulted in a great moral decline of society. The government behemoth has run amuck and cannot balance their checkbook nor solve any problem without writing new laws at a cancerous annual growth rate—legislation that further intrudes upon our God-given liberties and freedoms—laws that cannot be practically enforced. The decline of the church is partially at fault too. There's enough blame for every man to assume his just portion. Instead of praying to our Sovereign God on bended knee, people are on their knees searching for the cable remote. God have mercy on our souls. —Pilgrim
The 23rd Channel
The TV is my shepherd, I shall not want.
It makes me lie down on the sofa.
It leads me away from the faith.
It destroys my soul.
It leads me in the path of sex and violence for the sponsor's sake.
Yea, though I walk in the shadow of Christian responsibilities,
There will be no interruption, for the TV is with me.
Its cable and remote control, they comfort me.
It prepares a commercial for me in the presence of my worldliness.
It anoints my head with humanism and consumerism.
My coveting runneth over.
Surely, laziness and ignorance shall follow me all the days of my life,
And I shall dwell in the house watching TV forever.
