"Who will accuse God's chosen people? God himself declares them not guilty!" (Romans 8:33 GNB)
God declared us "not guilty" by the blood of the Lamb. We are the elect of God by grace. There is therefore no accusation against us that will stand. Everything we did wrong before accepting the finished work of Christ were thereby wiped out. We are now starting afresh, on a clean slate.
The devil lost his basis to accuse us. Every of his condemnation is an attempt to lure us back to himself. In the real sense, our contract with him was terminated on the Cross. Meanwhile, it is not in God's nature to contradict Himself, His ruling over our redemption stands forever. After a court ruling, every effort must be put in place to effect the content of the judgement. If the court ruled that all the properties of Mr A be returned to him. All the state apparatus will be engaged if need be, to effect that ruling. We have been discharged and acquainted of all the charges levelled against us by the accuser of the brethren. Not only that, everything he has stolen from us are to be restored. We must walk in the reality of this truth.
