The purpose of the devil in a life is one and the same in all generations. He came to steal, to kill and to destroy (John 10:10). He uses several means to achieve this heinous purpose in the life of a Christian.
Our walk with God demand sobriety and utmost watchfulness (1 Peter 5:8). We cannot afford to be careless in our warfare against the enemy of our souls. There is no price too great for him to pay in order to get a soul into hell. Likewise, there must never be a price too great for us to pay in order to win souls into God's kingdom. Most importantly, the first soul you must labour to harvest into God's eternal kingdom is your soul. It will profit you nothing even if you gain the whole world for God and lose your own soul.
Therefore, guide and guard your heart with all diligence. Any careless moment from you will be taken advantage of by your enemy.
ACTION PLAN: You have one vowed enemy in life. Never play into his hands. Pray to God for deliverance from him and his agents.
