Eating salmon. After working all night I usually pickup something to eat at the grocery store. Its been salmon lately. Salmon with guacamole, salmon with pesto, salmon with parmesan butter. The trick is cooking it in butter on low medium heat until the skin is crispy. That crispy salmon skin can't be beat.
Our cat ran away or ended up missing. It caught a ride with my wife to the kid's school and ran off when she opened the door. The 90 something year old neighbor loves that cat as much as one of my young daughters. The neighbor cried already and my daughter will soon, if he doesn't turn up. He is a cool cat. Black and white. He comes in and goes out as he pleases. He'll stop and let you pet him or feed him. He's not stuck up as most cats seem to be. I love the cat myself.
