WHO AMONG US will first try to take away the constitutional republic, which is ruled by laws—known as THE U.S. CONSTITUTION
If they succeed then they rule by democracy, where laws are enacted by the majority. The current target is the electoral college and presidential elections. Democracies ultimately collapse when the greedy socialists gain the majority and take away all the resources from the producers and redistribute them to the non-producers.
There has never been a successful socialist state—they all eventually collapse. When the socialist state fails what follows is chaos and anarchy. There will be no rule of law. People will smash windows and burn buildings.
People will eventually realize they cannot live together without laws. The result of that realization will be widespread revolt. In an anarchy there become no choice but to seek help from those who able to consolidate power and provide order.
Finally the powerful will establish oligarchy, or some form thereof. The oligarchs will prop up sock-puppet front man. Sock-man and and his backers will rule with an iron boot.
Forms of government are best evaluated on a scale of how much power and control does the government wield over the citizens. On the far right side of the spectrum is anarchy where zero government power exists—no government. On the far left of the political spectrum governments have 100% control—total government. Theses forms of government include: Communism, Socialism, Nazism, Fascism, Princes, Potentates, Dictators, and Kings.
Toward the middle of the political spectrum can be found the type of government that is limited to its proper role of protecting the rights of the people. That’s where we find the Constitution of the United States and our constitutional republic. Therein lies the balance of power between three branches of government. Change comes slow through deliberation and compromise. When that balance of power is usurped men and women of integrity and high moral fiber must stand up tyrannical forces and fight for liberty.
There are five general categories of government:
- Monarchy or Dictatorship ruled by one;
- Oligarchy ruled on many;
- Democracy ruled by many;
- Republic ruled by law; and
- Anarchy ruled by none.
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. —Matthew 28:18-20
O LORD, show us how to influence entire nations for our Father in Heaven. Show us how to use each sphere of society (media, arts, business, academia, government, religion, and other areas) to be examples to all people in His glory. LORD, we pray unto you, show us, lead us, in Your way. In the Power of the Holy Spirit. God's will be done. In Jesus' name. Amen.
