A Major Trial
In the world right now, we are being faced with a trial of major proportions. We, who are discerning with regard to such matters, are seeing this rise of the beast (Revelation 13) in the world and in our individual nations.
We also know the involvement the US government has had in going throughout the nations of the world conquering peoples and governments, and confiscating property and natural resources, all under the guise of humanitarian aid, or under the guise of protecting our nation from the “terrorists” of the world, but truly in servitude to this beast.
But, the Lord has made us keenly aware of their lies and deceptions, and of where their true loyalties lie. He has made us aware of the founding of our nation and of its eclectic and syncretistic religious beliefs and practices, even from the very beginnings of our nation. He has opened our eyes to see all the idolatry within our government and its beginnings, and how so many of our national monuments and our national seal are patterned after false gods and false religions, and how our nation’s capital has a Satanic design to it.
Many of us who have had our eyes opened to the truth of what is going on in our nation(s) and in the world have also been given insight into where this is all headed, and of the urgency to get out the message of the gospel, for we are now in the closing stages leading up to this beast coming to full dictatorship over the entire world.
We have been given insight, too, into what this looks like. Many of us have been shown Hitler’s regime as an example of what we can expect, only on a global scale.
Social Security
Many, many times the Lord has pointed me to images of the swastika (Hitler’s), and of his SS organization, literally meaning “Protection Squadron,” which was comprised of men from Nazi Germany, as well as foreigners.
And, he has given me a picture of it (the SS) today in the terms “Social” “Security,” not necessarily to be taken literally as the literal government agency, but to be interpreted separately. And, this really has more to do with socialism, for what is being protected here is not the human rights we once were privileged to have in America, and not individualism.
But, what is being protected is a common mindset or a common belief among all people, i.e. this one-world government and one-world religion where we all agree together in heart and mind with the beast and his false prophet.
And, all those who do not bow to this beast and worship him and conform to this “common” way of believing and behaving determined by him will be persecuted and even be put to death. And, that is where this SS Squadron comes into play, for they are the enforcers of this socialism, i.e. of this world of “minions” who all look alike and think alike and act alike and who are subservient to this beast in doing what he says, for he is a false god trying to be God, and to take the place of God in the hearts of the people.
Get Ready
Those who will be targeted (and already are being targeted) by this SS Squadron, which is trying to secure that socialism now rules in place of individualism, are those who go against the flow, who don’t try to mix with the world, but who stand on the Word of God and follow Jesus Christ and His Word even in an era when the easy and broad road is being taught as the way to heaven instead of the narrow road of death to sin leading us to eternal life.
For, if we are preaching the true gospel of our salvation which does not mix with the world but which is separate (unlike, different) from the world, and if we are teaching that our lifestyles must be in harmony with God and with his Word, we won’t be in harmony with the common thinking of the world, and the common values and practices of the world, either. And, so we will be an offense to those who want to live however they want, and so we will be in danger of the SS squadron coming after us to put out our fire.
For, they want to convince the world that they can believe in whatever higher power they want or whatever religion they want, and that they can continue living for the flesh, and that change is not required of them.
They may even allow them to believe in “Jesus” as long as their belief doesn’t offend anyone else or tell anyone else that they need to change the way they live. For, one of their popular phrases is “Stay in your own lane,” i.e. believe however you want as long as you don’t try to persuade anyone else to believe like you do.
But, knowing that this is coming, because the Bible says so, and because this is already taking place in much of the world, should overwhelm our hearts with compassion, tenderness, and concern for the lost of this world and for the deceived, too, including professing Christians who are deceived. And, it should invigorate us to be steadfast in sharing the true gospel of our salvation for as long as we are able, for many people need Jesus.
Sin Unhindered
Part of the message that we need to get out, while there is still time, and we still have the freedom of speech we now have, is that we need to dispel the lies that so many are spreading these days regarding the grace of God that leads to salvation from sin.
For, we are all born into this world with sin natures, separate from God, and unable in ourselves to be acceptable to God or to share in his glory. So, Jesus Christ, God the Son, left his throne in heaven, came to earth, took on human form and died on a cross for our sins. In his death he put sin to death on our behalf so that we might die with him to sin and live with him to righteousness (See: 1 Pet. 2:24; Rom. 6:1-23; Eph. 4:17-24; 1 Jn. 1:5-9).
He did not go through all that pain and agony just to forgive us our sins so that we could go on in our sin unhindered, while we claim heaven as our eternal destiny. I am not saying that we will live perfect lives while we live on this earth, but that Jesus died to deliver us from our slavery to sin so that we would go and sin no more, by his grace, and in his power at work within our lives.
For, if we walk (in lifestyle) according to the flesh, and we make sin our practice, we will die in our sins, not have eternal life with God (See: Lu. 9:23-25; Rom. 8:1-17; Gal. 5:19-21; Gal. 6:7-8; 1 Jn. 1:5-9, etc.).
Clearing the Bank
Yet, many people have this misconception that they can pray a prayer after someone or that they can make a public confession of faith in Jesus, and that heaven is guaranteed them no matter how they live from that point forward. They have the mistaken idea that Jesus’ blood sacrifice for their sins is automatically applied to their lives based on that confession of faith, and that they are good to go, with a free license to continue in sin without feeling guilty about it at all.
And, so they check off their salvation as though it is a done deal, and then they go on with their lives with little regard for God whatsoever, for they are convinced their sins no longer matter to God and that nothing will happen to them if they keep on sinning (making it their practice; their habit).
But, the reality of the situation is that, even though you may subtract it from your account as “paid in full” with regard to the debt that you owe, but you continue and you remain in your sinful lifestyles, it is more like an outstanding check which you wrote but which hasn’t yet cleared the bank, for the debt is still outstanding until the payment for it clears the bank.
But, the other reality is that we can’t write our own checks to pay the debt we owe. They will never clear God’s bank. We can’t make up the rules, in other words, that we like. We can’t create our own plan of salvation which appeases our human flesh. If we want to truly be saved of our sins and have eternal life with God, it has to be according to his plan and his rules. For, if it isn’t, then our salvation is not guaranteed.
For, the Bible says that faith in Jesus Christ means we die with Christ to sin that we might live with him to his righteousness. It says we must turn away from our sinful lifestyles, and we must walk in obedience to our Lord. It doesn’t say we will never sin, but that sin should no longer be what rules our lives. The flesh should no longer be our master, but Jesus Christ should be the one who rules our lives, and we should be following him.
