When we had no power
to stand over, tower
above sin and the sinister,
God’s compassion became sister,
hen for our mothering,
wings to stem tottering.
Once grown, we stand, offering
praise for His parenting,
without shame, within family,
“not guilty” gathering
momentum from Calvary
singing past history.
