Resurrection Truths

It's a good Friday, or more fittingly its the greatest Friday humanity has ever experienced! There is a reason for this, this Friday is a commemoration of what happened about 2000 years ago when Christ gave his life on the cross of calvary to redeem humanity! Gods love was poured out for mankind and the outpouring of that love changed the story of humanity!

A people condemned to a life of sin, sickness, servitude and death was rescued, giving a new lease of life by the sacrifice of one man. "For Christ commendeth his love towards us that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)

This outpouring of love change the narrative for us and repositioned our standing before God and gave us a new lease of life! It is this great love that we celebrate at Easter! And it is good you and I have a full understanding of all that transpired for us at the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus and that is why I will share articles from the past on this subject as we celebrate this EASTER! I called them RESURRECTION TRUTHS. I will provide a little excerpt of each articles and a link to read them in full! The true essence and the full blessings of easter can only be appropriated when we understand the full extent and essence of Gods love shown to humanity. These articles that I will share from now till Monday will help you come to that understanding that will change your life forever!

HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY!

Consider these two blog posts/articles as you go through this good Friday.

We were a people robbed and spoiled and then Christ came in this passion month and restored us back to glory, we are now no longer a people robbed and spoiled but a people robed in the splendor and beauty of our God! This was what the resurrection of Christ brought us, total restoration back to our once held Edenic status in God. Read full blog post here: WITHOUT THE RESURRECTION OUR FAITH IS FAKE AND IN VAIN

It's not unusual for the four writers of the gospel to give a different perspective to the same story, yes we are all different people. But when it came to the work of Christ on the cross, the verdict was unanimous and the semantics was uniform: 'he gave up the Ghost'. There was no two way to report the moment that changed humanity! At the cross, he didn't let death take him and at the resurrection, he didn't let the grave hold him down - the victory was complete! Nothing holds down your destiny again.
