I read Psalms 108 verse 4, " For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds." The Lord told my soul that He is merciful and kind. The Lord told my soul that He loves torture victims very much. He told my soul that he understands torture victim's pain. He told my soul that He knows torture victims suffer greatly and that they are very beautiful souls. He told my soul that He knows torture victims take time to heal and he said he will heal their souls completely and give them perfect peace.
