I read Proverbs 20 verse 28, " Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy." The Lord told my soul that He is mercy and truth. The Lord told my soul that He is beautiful and good. The Lord told my soul that He shows mercy on those who suffer and is gentle with them. The Lord told my soul He is gentle with torture victims and loves them very much.
