    Let them praise his name with a life in harmony with the Gospel, this is the dance. Timbrel* is a body deadened to sin by means of the Lord's commandments. Harp** is a pure mind animated by spiritual meditations.

    * A timbrel is made using a wooden hoop (think of the cross), a piece of animal skin (the body), and five sets of two (=10) jangles or bells (the commandments), the crucified members upon the earth.
    ** Harps usually had seven strings, think of the seven Spirits of the Lord.
