Deuteronomy 32
O That They Were Wise

Song Of Moses, Part IV (Dt 32:28-34) • By Zion Christian Press

Deuteronomy 32:28-34

28 For they are a nation
that’s void of My counsel
There’s no understanding in them.
29 Chorus O that they were wise;
that they understood this — and
that they would consider their latter end.

30 For how could one chase a thousand,
and two put ten thousand to flight,
except their Rock had sold them,
the Lord had given them up
31 For their rock is not as our Rock,
as even our foes will concede.
29 Chorus O that they were wise;
that they understood this
and that they would consider
their latter end.
32 For their vine is the vine of Sodom —
from the fields of Gomorrah:
their grapes are filled with gall;
their clusters with bitterness.
33 Their wine is the poison of dragons,
the cruel venom of asps.
34 Is not this laid up in store with Me,
and sealed up among my treasures?
29 Chorus O that they were wise;
that they understood this
and that they would consider
their latter end.

and that they would consider
their latter end.
