So after being inspired to start my own journey from watching a 6-month transformational video that was compressed down to 23 mins, I decided that today is my 'Day One' and not ..'One Day'.
The purpose of this blog is to record my progess. I don't want a 6-month transformation. I want a 'Lifelong' transformation in which I continue on this healthy journey of eating better and exercising on a regular basis.
jump rope x100 + crunches and lunges. First time in a long time that I've exercised. Weighing in at 130 lbs. Hope to get down to 115 or 130 lbs of muscle. Or whatever I get to. So long as I'm physically stronger and healthier. Maybe I'll post photos of my transformation after a couple of months in order to inspire others, maybe. We'll see.
Oh, and along with this, I'm also going on a gluten-free eating lifestyle and cutting back on as much processed sugar and consuming natural complex sugars from fruit & veg.
Motivational Reasons:
• Avoid health problems down the road + medical expenses
• Get stronger and healthier
• Able to perform my duty as a nurse better [physically]
• Sleep better and have more energy throughout the day
