When I read this passage in the New Testament, I was filled once again with hope: In Galatians 5:25 it says, “We have chosen a life, the life of the spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every details of our lives.”
So it should be with my renewed life in the spirit. I must make sure I do not just hold my Danish Christian identity as an idea in my head or a sentiment in my heart, but work out its implications in every detail of my life. Wow! Every detail of my life, so that I can live the life God intended for me and to be immersed in a Danish Christian community and serve God.
