Leap Year

My wife and I went to see this movie last night and really liked it.

It is about a woman who travels to Ireland to propose to her boyfriend of 4 years - based on the premis of some Irish tradition that if a woman proposes on February 29 that the man must say yes or have bad luck. On the way to Ireland from Boston she gets stranded due to inclement weather and meets a man who helps her get to Dublin. Predicatably these two fall in love along the way.

It was a very good movie though - and refreshingly clean. There was no premarital sex and the sanctity of marriage was prevelant throughout the story. I also liked the way the man was portrayed - as a real man and not some sappy love sick puppy child. Very good stuff...
