Alright, I'm gonna make this quick since I have a paper to write.
My mochi came...and I tried it...I'm down to 2 pieces now. If I had to give it a rating ill probably give it a 4 1/2 ...the texture totally threw me off.
The outside has a gummy, marshmellowy consistency...which I dont like too much..if it was .more solid then I think I would like it more..
With that said... I dont really feel like mochi is a desert because it isnt all that sweet and the beanpaste inside makes it more of a savory ...mini dinner slider thing lol
So..I dont hate it but it isnt all that great.. There are other flavours like sesame that I want to try...maybe it'll taste better...
But so far I'm kinda disappointed. The Italian Pizelles didnt taste all that great either...well the anise flavor didn't but th3 vanilla was good but I wouldnt buy it again because the vanilla just reminds me of just a regualar cookie and I don't like the anise flavor.
So next I think ill try Baklava...I have a feeling it'll be amazing... I hope it wows me....and when I get paid theres thus Greek resturant I'm gonna go to...so I'm excited for that...
