I just got rid of my profile on the Christian dating site for the second time. I picked up a book at the bookstore today and was flipping through it. It was on Singleness and contentment and such. It was called Scared Singleness: The Set-Apart Girls Guide to Purpose And Fulfillment By: Leslie Ludy
She said the book wasn't about finding fulfillment in your singleness but about applying the Gospel of Jesus Christ to your singleness.
I only got through a couple chapters because I was taking a lot of notes. Its overall message was no earthly romance will ever fully satisfy only Jesus Christ can do that.
This is my prayer. That can fully surrender to Jesus Christ. My dreams, goals and desires. EVERYTHING to Him!
