Logically, I know I'm at a healthy weight.
But when I tried on clothes that should fit because I'm "healthy" and they don't fit, and when I looked at the dressing room mirrors...
Bump being healthy; I wouldn't mind being a few pounds underweight now. At least then if I ate my face off in food, I'd be at a normal weight again. That's better than being "normal", eating, and then getting fat.
