How Can You Not Love Children?

I am writing this because I am in a unique position to do so. I have two children, a daughter and a son who I love dearly, and 10 grandchildren. Every time I see them my hearts melts. I saw them a few weeks ago. Prior to that, it was nearly a year as they live 4,000 km from where we live.

When my wife and I entered my son's house, there were all 10 grandchildren waiting in the lounge in anticipation of our arrival. Only one was disinterested and that was the youngest who has only been in this world for a few months. Her main interest was sleep, eating and burping. The eldest is a lovely girl aged 14. Both she and her 12 y.o. sister are mothers to the younger ones.

There were hugs all round and a hundred and one questions.

When we went to the local park one day, I watched them as they found all sorts of things to do and explore in the park. They are not the sort of children that have to be spoon fed and can't occupy their time unless it is all laid on for them.

They all descended on the picnic site where the adults were sat when lunch was announced and they all came running and sat down on the blankets laid out and took the food they were given and ate in near silence.

There were no complaints about the food they were given saying they didn't like this or didn't like that. They all ate what they were given and washed it down with water.

Games were played in the afternoon or they rode around the path on their scooters or roller blades. God blessed us with glorious weather, making for a perfect day. I had fun playing cricket with the two-year-old as she tried to master the bat whilst I lobbed a ball up to her. The determination on her face was a sight to behold.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would have 10 grandchildren. Maybe one or two but definitely not 10. Actually, they are so much fun I should have had them first.

So what is the point of this missive? There is no doubt that Satan is on the attack and one of his main targets are children. So much of the teaching that is going on in schools is not for the purpose of learning but indoctrination as the secular left and homosexuals take control of the curriculum.

One Country had made it illegal for parents to not accept their child's chosen identity. If their son gets up in the morning and decides he is a girl, the parents have to go along with it or have the child taken away from them.

Schools are adopting an attitude that if a boy says he is a girl he is allowed to use the girls' toilets and changing rooms and if a girl says she is a boy, she is allowed to use the boys' toilets and changing rooms.

In fact, a boy can say he is a girl one day and the next day say he is a boy again and that is all normal according to Godless society.

In addition, there are indoctrination classes that teach a boy how to be a girl and a girl how to be a boy and they role-play being homosexuals or lesbians and parents are not allowed to object to this disgusting situation or withdraw their child from such classes.

As a parent and a teacher. I know that children can be a pain in the backside, but when all is said and done I believe what the scripture says about them is priceless. They are a gift from the Lord and happy is the man that has his quiver full of them. I believe that means seven children.

When you raise your children as a trio, you, God and his word you are guaranteed to be blessed by your children. The word says "Bring up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart from it." My son went right of the rails at one stage. All we could do was keep praying for him. Now at the age of 44, he is so on fire for God and his children are following suit.

Don't dwell on the bad times because everyone will experience them. Thank God for the good times and bless the Lord for every child he has entrusted you with.
