Note to the idiots behind the new "controversial topics" rule: it doesn't "promote" homosexuality to report news about Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) or show your support for people who have a different sexual orientation.
Just because I don't have an enormous chip on my shoulder about "the gays" and the so-called "gay agenda" doesn't mean that I "promote" homosexuality. It simply means that unlike most modern Christians, I'm not interested in constantly picking on people who are different than I.
This new rule doesn't prevent people from "promoting" homosexuality; it only serves to stifle valid debate and discussion. The "controversial topics" rule is, in my opinion, one of the worst decisions that moderators have ever made on this site.
