Today was the first of 7 days where I'll be working alone at the hotel.
There's 3 whole floors with rooms beyond the eye can see that need to be done.
Needless to say after the first day I miss my coworker.
Today I had 3 floors to do....in addition to check outs ( which are rooms that get completely cleaned) where as Stay overs ( I do light cleaning but it's still alot)
And with my coworker gone, I also have to prepare the laundry or sheets... Which I always hated doing Because I'm so slow it's ridiculous. My coworker always did that and she did it so quick and effortlessly too.
So today...my first day without her..
I did 2 check outs and managed to do 2 floors. The 1st( Tuesdays/yesterday) and second...
But... I wasn't able to do the the 1st floor Wednesday side and 3rd floor Wednesday side.
So I have to do that tommorow in addition to 1st,2nd &3rd floor Thursday side.. and check out rooms...
I worked from 8am to 6:30p
So I'm pretty anxious about tommorow.. I just want to stay up through the night to just enjoy the time off my feet.
I hate going straight to sleep and having to go right back to work :'(
