Do Not Take Salvation Lightly
In addition to the previous chapter, this tells us to be aware, at all times, the gift we have received. To weight day in and day out our actions and behaviour, to match His will as our own. Jesus Christ should be our desire; “Where your heart is, there your treasure will be also.” - Matthew 6:21
Life of Christ
The son of God was born through Father God’s power and through a virgin God saw favour. Though man is fallen, He grew sinless. Jesus Christ was tempted in the wilderness just as we are so that He would have compassion and gain those who believe in Him. He lived life pleasing to His Father and faced the most terrifying moment of His life; having His Father turn away from Him on the cross by becoming sin on our behalf, so all may not perish. - John 3:16-17
