For anyone else like me with any difficult emotions washing over them like a dark cloud. I was feeling fine until something triggered me to feel sad. It just has to take its turn is all. I know, easier said. Especially with depression. But this is what I'm reminding myself of this morning. There's a time for mourning but also a time for Joy. A time to Heal.
