God's Faithfulness In Trial And Blessing

Leading a growing church is something we can only do in His strength and calling! Seeking to be a good husband,father and citizen and working full-time as a Postman (after the first two years in full-time ministry) and supervising a demanding building programme,certainly took its' toll on me and my wife,who suffered post menstrual syndrome. It was trial that led into blessing. After two years I could not carry on without giving something up and church allowed me to go back full-time without the Postman"s work. They could not afford to give me much,but we stepped out in faith and after the church building work we concentrated on building the people and reaching out to the community. During this time I was ordained as a fully acredited Minister of Assemblies of God. We did a lot of growing up in those six years and despite difficulties,God wonderfully helped us. Our congregation grew numerically and spiritually and so did we!
