Genesis Vs Evolution Part Vii

Genesis 1:14-15

“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night: and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and its was so.”

Genesis 1:14-15 – Hebrew direct translation in English:

“and·he-is-saying, Elohim, he-shall-become, luminaries, in·atmosphere-of, the·heavens, to-separate-of, the·day, and·between, the·night, and·they-become, for·signs, and·for·appointments, and·for·days, and·years, and·they-become, for·luminaries, in·atmosphere, the·heavens, to·to-give-light-of, on, the·earth, and, becoming, so”

This, in my humble opinion, is one of the greatest days of creation! This is the beginning of time and the rules for stars. God sets the universe in motion, remember “… it was so” is a rule. In my opinion, this is God’s rules for time or the theory of relativity. Einstein merely calculated what God had created. This verse is synonymous with E=mc2. This is also the death knell for the new earth perspective. How can any of the previous days of creation be literal 24hr time periods if they were outside of time or prior to the creation of any suns?

Genesis1:16-19

“And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.”

Genesis 1:16-19 – Hebrew direct translation in English:

“and·he-is-making-do, Elohim, two-of, the·luminaries, the·great-ones, the·great, to·ruling, the·day, and, the·luminary, the·small, to·ruling-of, the·night, and, the·stars, and·he-is, giving, them, Elohim, in·atmosphere-of, the·heavens, to·to-give-light-of, on, the·earth, and·to·to-rule-of, in·the·day, and·in·the·night, and·to·to-separate-of, between, the·light, and·between, the·darkness, and·he-is-seeing, Elohim, that, good, and·he-is-becoming, evening, and-he-is-becoming, morning, day, fourth”

God finally created suns!!! I believe Gen. 1:16-19 and Gen. 1:14-15 happened simultaneously or very close to one another. In modern physics models this is not accorded correctly with the Bible. There are two prevailing theories and one discounts the other, but they both have a similar problem. Both are trying to use the same rules with the planets forming around the sun. This is now the inverse of the Copernicus problem! According to the Bible, the Earth predates the sun. This is where I wish I had access to physics accretion simulators… God had all the mass/matter (Gen. 1:7-8) necessary to create stars he just didn’t light the fuse until the fourth day of creation. I think science, given enough time, will come to this same conclusion. However, there needs to be a paradigm shift in how we believe planets and suns are created or their relation in time to one another. I would also conclude that moons are a side effect of the suns creation. This would explain why the moon has an almost identical composition to the Earth. Some component of the suns creation caused the earth to create the moon.

Interestingly, now that time has been created, God still uses the same language for completing this day, the fourth “day”, in creation. If literal days were meant, why would God not make the appropriate switch? Also, interesting of note, we generally assume each day/age of creation to be equal in length. I don’t believe this to be the case. I believe science demonstrates that a fraction of a second or millions of years could make up each age or epoch of creation and they need not necessarily be equal in length (more on this later).
