Galatians 2 -- What Does The Lord Require Of You?

Galatians 2: What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. (Micah 6:8) In Galatians chapter 2 Paul shares his experiences with the church as it was first being formed and God’s people were being rescued from this evil age. There are parallels between Paul’s experiences and our experiences in this country during the Revolutionary war as we struggled for freedom from an oppressive tyrant. If we consider this chapter in light of our own experiences it can help to light our path in the current struggle for civil rights in this nation.
