A brief introduction to the musings

Welcome to this blog!
I am an aspiring writer in his 20s from Mississippi. The purpose of this site is to give my thoughts, opinions, and analyses derived from both a Christian worldview and my personal experiences in life. All of my opinions are my own, and I have a lot of them! So instead of talking excessively to try and articulate my opinions, I have settled for writing them down instead.
As any writer will tell you, it is important to consume works of fiction to help form your own style and “voice” when you begin the task of making your own works of fiction. This applies not just to books and novel writing, but also for movies, plays, poetry, and even video games (although in this last case, good writing is not necessarily required). So that is some of what I will be doing here: Analyzing works of fiction and giving my thoughts on them from a Christian worldview. If that sounds unappealing, rest assured that I will try and give as much nuance as possible.
Other topics discussed include politics, ideology, and morality, in relation to both history and current events. I believe that the world and all events that have happened since the dawn of humanity is God’s story. We are His characters, and He is the author.
