Forest Stroll - Digital Art Process

Hey everyone! ^_^ I've started working on a new digital drawing today. While I'd love to be able to record my drawing process to share it with you, I don't think I have the programs to do that, but I can do the next best thing: share some pictures of my drawing, step by step!

This drawing is titled "Forest Stroll". I will update this post as I get more done and once the drawing is complete, I'll add some info about it as well as a Christian Meaning for it. Enjoy!

Whew, that was a lot of work, but I did enjoy drawing this! I worked on it from January 29 to February 6.
The characters in this drawing are Zero Suit Samus (the human character) with her friends, a family of Snacanids: Alpha the father (the large dark grey creature), Eta the mother (the large medium grey/white creature), Psi the son (the small dark grey creature), and Omega the daughter (the small medium grey/white creature. They are taking a walk in the Woodland area of the planet Venine, the home planet of the Snacanids. The yellow creature watching them from the trees is a Phoson, also native to Venine. All of these characters and places belong to me except Samus.

Christian meaning for this work: I have two for you this time!
1. You can see how a blank canvas eventually becomes a full drawing. Isn't this similar to how God shapes our lives? We can start out with nothing, but with patience we can become holy through His work and ours.
2. Taking a stroll through nature as these characters are doing showcases all of God's wonderful creations!
