I am exercising about 10 min a day. My family has a treadmill. I walk on it for 10 min. I listen to music. It is soothing to me. If I do not go on the treadmill then I take a walk outside. I even like taking a brisk walk in the cold. Caleb gets on the treadmill sometimes too after work.
