When was the day you realised nothing else matters except to please the Lord our God?
When I was lost, I went about minding my own business.
I tried to take care of things as best as I could, sometimes I failed. But I never really thought before that God cares about any of the things that I care about.
Turns out that the Lord knows much more about myself that I could ever know.
I thought that the way to go on about living the life He gave me is to live it with the best I've got. That way was very selfish and full of pride that it will eventually lead to death.
But through it all, God saw how precious we are because He created us. Even though we have fallen from our original state He still loves us. He knew us even before we know Him and that is enough for me.
I desperately tried to figure out my purpose in this world. He knew what His creation is yearning for. That is to love Him and serve His people.
To love my Creator is our ultimate purpose in life.
1 John 4:19
Sometimes we are so consumed with our own sorrows and earthly desires that we forget God's will for us.
1 Chronicles 16:34 O give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness [endureth] forever.
Let us be mindful of Him who gave us a way to salvation.
