Does He Know You By Name

"So the Lord said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” (Exodus 33:17 NKJV)

The redemption we received through Christ Jesus was perfect and complete. It included the authority to pray to the Father in His name. It is an inescribable grace and mercy for the King of the universe to say “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” Though God directly bestowed this on Moses and several others in the old testament, the saints of the new testament enter into it through the blood of the Lamb.
When we pray according to His will, He hears us. It pleases God to grant our requests, just like it bring joy to our earthly fathers when they provide for our needs in one way or another.
Everyone that has been redeemed of the Lord have their name in the Lamb's book of life. Their names are now on heaven's record. God now call them by names, they now belong to the family of God.
"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love," (Colossians 1:13 NKJV)
At the same time, their names have been erased from hell. They have been translated from darkness into light.

ACTION PLAN: After accepting Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, how convinced are you of your translation from darkness into light?

PRAYER: Father, uproot every doubt about my redemption in Christ Jesus.
(But if you are yet to accept Him, confess your sins to Him and invite Him to be the Lord of your life.)
