Well I have been really depressed lately and I don't know why. I guess it has something to do with my mental illness, but I just don't have the energy to do anything. I have not eaten in two days and when I do try to eat or drink, I just don't enjoy it and I lose the energy to continue. I wish it would just go away, but I'm not holding my breath.
